Rise and Shine✌🏻

Breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day…

Nothing makes me happier than waking up knowing that there’s something delicious waiting for me in the fridge (food is life!🙌🏼) so overnight oats are it.


My favourite has to be:

  • 30g rolled oats
  • A handful of frozen raspberries
  • 2 large chopped strawberries
  • Covered with fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • A sprinkling of chia seeds

Prep the night before, layer the oats in a kilner jar, followed by the fruit and cover with the yoghurt & finally sprinkle those magic little seeds.

Your oats will soak up all the yumminess of the fruit and yoghurt and you’ll be left with a cheesecake type, sweet breakfast that you won’t be able to get enough of. Healthy, delicious and ready as soon as you open your peepers.
